WARNINGS and PRECAUTIONS: Contact a doctor, if you experience nosebleed, fever, severe pain, purulent nasal discharge, impaired vision, asymmetric midface or eyes or facial numbness, because these are symptoms of a severe rhinosinusitis. Contact a doctor if symptoms last longer than7-14 days or recur periodically. In case of known gastritis and patients with a sensitive stomach particular caution is required when taking this medicine. Contraindications: Sinupret® forte should not be taken at known hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients of Sinupret® forte. Sinupret® forte should not be taken by children under the age of 12 , by patients suffering from fructose intolerance, galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency.
