Difflam Plus Anaesthetic + Antibacterial + Anti-Inflammatory Sore Throat Lozenges for pain, infection and inflammation associated with sore throats.
Difflam Plus Anaesthetic + Antibacterial + Anti-Inflammatory Sore Throat Lozenges contain an anaesthetic to relieve pain, and an anti-inflammatory to reduce inflammation, for fast effective relief of symptoms of a sore throat, minor mouth infections and pain following oral surgery and dental procedures. Anaesthetic, Antibacterial, Anti-Inflammatory Fast numbing relief of painful sore throats Sugar free. Lactose free. Gluten free. Triple action. Anaesthetic action numbs the pain. Antibacterial action kills bacteria. Anti-inflammatory action reduces swelling and inflammation. Honey and Lemon flavour.
Dissolve lozenge in mouth. Do not chew. Age: Adults and children 6 years and over. Dosage: 1 lozenge. How Often: Every 2-3 hours as required (maximum 12 lozenges per day). Age: Adults and children 6+ years. Not recommended for children under 6 years. Uninterrupted treatment should not exceed 7 days. If symptoms persist, see your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use this medicine: - If blister seal is broken - If past the expiry date - If you are allergic to benzydamine or other anti-inflammatory medicines. Due to the anaesthetic effect, do not have hot food or drink directly after using the lozenges. The efficacy of an antibacterial agent in lozenges in reducing the severity or duration of throat infections has not been clinically established. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop taking and see your doctor immediately. This medicine contains sucralose and 31g isomalt per 12 lozenges (recommended maximum daily dose). Products containing isomalt may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Keep out of reach of children.
